Make Your Own Suspension
File Inserts in-house for Professional Results quickly and easily using these pre-formatted
templates to customise your suspension files. These templates are suitable for Crystalfile
brand inserts only.
Available for Crystalfile blank or pre-printed inserts.
Note: The templates require that you have Microsoft® Word installed on your computer. If you do not have access to this program, please see our FAQs for instructions on how to save the templates to disk. For best results, use your Tab key to move from text field to text field. Our templates have been protected to preserve printing margins. If you wish to change fonts, date info, or add/delete graphics, go to Tools>Unprotect Document. Please note: if you unprotect the template, the printing margins may be affected.
Crystalfile Inserts are available in two formats – Blank or Preprinted with Letters (from the Alphabet). Blank and Preprinted inserts use different templates.
1. Tear the 4 Column sheet in half. Each page of inserts contains 4 columns. This sheet is too wide to fit into printers. Tear the 4 column sheet in half, so that there are 2 columns. Only use these 2 column strips in your printer. Do not feed a single insert or a single column of inserts into your printer.

Whether you have Blank or Preprinted Inserts, tear the 4 column sheet in half. For Preprinted inserts you should now have 2 sheets of 2 columns (left and right side).
The left side contains inserts with preprinted letters – A, D, E, H, I, L, M, O, P, S, T, W, XYZ.
The right side contains inserts with preprinted letters – B, C, F, G, J, K, Mc, N, Q, R, U, V.
