Templates - View Tab™ Presentation Binder

Overview

The View Tab™ Presentation Binder has everything you need to quickly and easily create stand out presentations. As with any View Tab™ product you see your titles through the tabs, not on them; this keeps your headers in view from any position in your presentation. Because you insert your own cover, spine and title page you change your binder as many times as you like! Simply select and download a cover and spine template and a title page template from the template gallery below, enter your own information and we do the rest! It’s that simple! The key features of this product include:

Instructions

Note: The templates require that you have Microsoft Word on your computer. If you do not have access to this program, see the FAQ section for instructions on how to save to disk.

Select a design from the samples shown.
Click on the cover and spine template – enter your information; after your template opens, simply click on the fields and type. Fields on your spine (page 2) will update after print previewing the document.
Click the title page template - either 5 or 10 tab. (Note: Depending upon your Internet browser, you might get a window asking you to save or click to continue. Do not be alarmed. Click to continue). Enter Your Information; after your template opens, simply click on the fields in the table of contents page (Page 1) and. Fields on your tab title page (page 2, which will go into the back of your binder) will update after print previewing the document.
Print your documents (both pages) on the A4 paper of your choice (selecting the "ignore" option when asked about margins being set outside the printable area)
You're finished! Close the templates and save if you would like to edit your work in the future.
If you run into any formatting problems, you can always return to the templates page and start fresh on a new template.

If you are having difficulty printing all of the tabs in any of the 10 Tab templates, this could be from your printer not letting you print custom sized paper.
