Overview
This new line of MACO labels offers excellent quality and is the ideal choice
of labels for every type of project you have - you name the task, we've got you
covered!
MACO Labels can be used in common word processing programmes by either using
the MACO templates right here, or by selecting the label templates in your word
processing programme. Easy to use cross-reference tables are included below and
on every box of MACO labels.
MACO Labels are available in four varieties:
- LASER LABELS - Permanent, self-adhesive labels ideal for addressing and
identifying and are available in white and clear;
- INK JET LABELS - Designed specifically for ink jet and bubble jet printers,
with a special smudge-proof finish to deliver sharp, clear images and are
available in white and clear
- MULTI-USE SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE - Providing high performance in laser and ink
jet printers, as well as photocopiers
- MULTI-USE LABELS - Providing high performance in laser and ink jet printers,
as well as photocopiers.
All labels are:
- Permanent, self adhesive labels ideal for addressing and identifying;
- Guaranteed to provide excellent performance;
- Have rounded label corners for a professional finish, jam free printing and
easy peeling;
- A4 size and feed automatically through your printer and photocopier; AND
- HAVE A MONEY BACK PREMIUM QUALITY GUARANTEE if not completely satisfied.
Hints for use and storage:
Keep sheets in the box when not in use; Store
in a cool, moisture-free environment; To ensure trouble-free feeding of label
sheets, fan sheets before loading; Avoid feeding label sheets through printers
and photocopiers once any individual labels have been removed.
Instructions
Note: The templates require that you have Microsoft Word on your computer.
If you do not have access to this program, see the FAQ section for instructions
on how to save to disk. For best results, use your Tab key to move from text
field to text field.
- Select the label size required from the samples shown to match your
label size.
- Enter your information into the labels as indicated. For fields not
filled in, you do not need to delete the "Enter label contents here" text
- this will not print on your label.
- Select your desired font and format the label as required.
- Print onto your labels using the correct printer for the label being
used - Laser Printer, Ink Jet Printer, or by printing onto A4 paper and copying
the labels through your photocopier using our Multi-Use Labels.
